Here at Jennifer Terri Visa Consultancy, we make sure you’re never left behind. We do the research for you—gathering the latest requirements and processes based on your country’s regulations.
For an SRRV application or any Philippine permanent visa, a foreign police certificate is required. But what if you’re already in the Philippines? How can you secure this document without having to fly back home?
Good news! You don’t need to travel back to the U.S. or spend a fortune on third-party services. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you get your police clearance hassle-free! 🚀

Step 1: Register Online
Go to the official FBI website and start your request here: https://www.edo.cjis.gov/#/
Step 2: Print and Fill Out the Fingerprint Card
Download the fingerprint card (FD-1164) from the FBI website: https://www.fbi.gov/file-repository/fd-1164-identity-history-summary-request-110120.pdf/view
Print and complete the form accurately to ensure a smooth process.
Step 3: Get Your Fingerprints Taken
Visit a Philippine Police Office near you and request fingerprinting services.
Fingerprints taken with ink are acceptable.
Fees may vary from PHP 300 to PHP 1,000, depending on the police station.
To ensure the most legible prints possible, follow the FBI's fingerprinting guidelines here: https://le.fbi.gov/science-and-lab/biometrics-and-fingerprints/biometrics/recording-legible-fingerprints
