srrvguide.com ("the website") is owned and operated by Jennifer Terri Visa Consultancy. This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website or our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

The Website provides the following services:

• SRRV Application Assistance: Guidance and support in preparing visa applications, including those for the Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) program offered by the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).

• Digital Document Preparation: Creation and formatting of documents required for SRRV applications.

• Client Requirement Checklists: Algorithmically generated checklists of documents and information needed for SRRV applications.

• Access to discounts and perks available to SRRV Holders.

• Referrals to Website partners (merchants and service providers) that offer discounts and perks directly to Website Members.

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

Important Notice Regarding PRA Requirements:

Please be aware that the PRA may change the requirements or acceptability of any requirement for the SRRV program at any time and without notice. We are not responsible for any additional fees, delays, or other consequences that may arise from such changes. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the latest PRA requirements and to ensure your application complies with them. Your eligibility for the various categories of SRRV is subject to the interpretation and final authority of the PRA.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

• We are not responsible for the outcome of your SRRV application. Our services are designed to assist you, but approval is at the discretion of the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).

• You are responsible for ensuring you meet all the requirements for your SRRV application.

 

4. DATA SECURITY

• We take data security seriously. Your information is stored on secure servers located worldwide. All data linked to specific Website Members is encrypted. When information is passed to an external entity, for example, to the Philippine Retirement Authority for pre-approval of your application package, that information is transmitted securely.

• We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the Website and/or process your SRRV application with the PRA.

• Your site membership and profile information are "private" by default, meaning they are not visible to other site members. You can enable or disable public (visible to other site members) visibility at any time via your account settings. 

• You may choose to participate is the site Forums, Blog, Photo Gallery, VIPerks section, and other services that maybe introduced. Your comments may be visible to members of the general public.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The content on srrvguide.com, including without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Jennifer Terri Visa Consultancy.

• Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, edit or create derivative works thereof.

• You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

• The Website and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

• The algorithmic checklists are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

• We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of srrvguide.com or its services.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Jennifer Terri Visa Consultancy harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jennifer Terri Visa Consultancy assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tagum, Philippines.

• Your continued use of the Website following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
